[i once met a guy who couldn't taste]

i want to disable my sense of taste so i'm able to eat all the cardboardy, bad-tasting healthy food i want. i never did see the value in supposed "good" food or junk food, so i don't expect i'd really miss any of it. it would be a way of removing shallow distractions, and exposing the underlying meaning of food so as to make myself solely aware of the purely nutritional function it actually serves. i'd no longer be limited by the now-unnecessary check on flavor that used to tell cavemen what was edible - i'll use my brain and available knowledge instead, and be free to provide only healthy food to the rest of my body. veggie+leftovers milkshake for breakfast, easy!
